Stretch is crucial in a sidecar racing suit. With full armor, flexibility is very important. We use Kevlar stretch panels behind the knees, shins, underarms, and in the crotch. Kevlar is very elastic, breathable, and is very abrasion resistant fabric. Our panels are in the areas that would be extremely difficult to make road contact. We use “accordion” stretch panels in the lower back, above the knees, and behind the shoulder. These panels offer stretch and extra protection. Numerous other features are available for the road racing suit.
For the warmer climates, we can perforate any section of the suit for ventilation, and other vent systems are also available. We can make it an integral design feature in your custom suit.
